What are the CCG “rules” for raised beds?      2/18/2013

1.) Use untreated wood, or wood treated with “Eco Wood Treatment,” or use Trex board.  Don’t use stone, cement blocks, brick pavers, or the like.  To preserve a certain LOOK at the garden, wood (or Trex) has been chosen by the Leadership Team as the construction material for raised beds.  Please go along with this choice.

2.) Frames must fit inside the 8 foot plot width and the plot’s length.  It would be NICE if you would curve long boards to follow the pathways, but this is not a requirement.

3.) If you give up your plot for any reason, you are required to either remove the frame or leave it if the subsequent plot “owner” wants it – arrangements to be made between the former and new owners.
